Poppy's Rescue Grant - Official Rules and Terms

1. Eligibility: Voting in Poppy’s Rescue Grant is open to legal residents 18 and older, of the United States, and is void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept Pit Bull Rescue Central’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content.
3. Voting Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about September 23, 2020 and ending September 30, 2020. All online entries must be received by September 30, 2020 11:59 PM EST.
4. How to Enter: Votes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided by Pit Bull Rescue Central. The entry must fulfill all requirements, as specified, to be eligible. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at Pit Bull Rescue Central’s sole discretion. You may vote only once per day, per name / email address / facebook sign in required, and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your participation may be removed from eligibility at Pit Bull Rescue Central’s sole discretion.
5. Prizes: Five Pit Bull rescue organizations, one from each category, selected by the voting campaign, will receive a Poppy’s Rescue Grant for $2000.00.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible votes to organizations included.
7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Poppy’s Rescue Grant will be determined by the number of votes. If there is a tie, winning organization will be chosen by PBRC volunteers. Organizations will be notified upon completion of voting.
8. Terms: Pit Bull Rescue Central reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Poppy’s Rescue Grant should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the vote. In such a case, Pit Bull Rescue Central reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individuals who tamper or attempt to tamper with the entry process or the operation of Poppy’s Rescue Grant or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Pit Bull Rescue Central has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of Poppy’s Rescue Grant, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by vote rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering votes.
Any attempt by a voter to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the vote may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Pit Bull Rescue Central reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
