BRIDGET

Jean learned the following within 24 hrs:

- Do not leave your dog, who has been living in a kennel/shelter most of her life, unattended in the house. She will: break lamps, tear window shades down, tear curtains apart, and most of all, poop everywhere.

- Do not turn your attention away from whatever is that on the kitchen counter. It will disappear. This includes: broccoli, mangos, bananas, apples, loaves of bread, sponges, gloves to name a few.

Jean adopted Bridget from Bergen County Animal Shelter

CALI

"She is doing great. She goes berserk about water from a hose and starts chasing it, but that's no problem that can't be overlooked. Yes, I changed her name from Sprinkles to Cali since she's from California. She's still a little skittish but we're slowly working on that. She took to me real well. She wants to be near me all the time which I like. I feel like a I made a real good choice. THANK YOU!"

Shannon adopted Sprinkles, now Cali, through DAWG.

BONNIE

I just love her so much and Clyde has been a great host. I thank everyone for their support and especially everybody that got her to us. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!

Alice

Alice's loving owners were both killed in a car accident. Their family and neighbors forgot about Alice being alone in their home and when they remembered, they went to get her. She bolted out the door and pretty much ran loose for a few days. She got pregnant by a neighborhood Rottweiler and had puppies under someone's house.

A new family in the neighborhood was scared that Alice would attack her children and fearing the pound would be called, some kind people who had been feeding her and the puppies rounded them up and took them to a shelter in Kentucky. I was contacted, drove up there and picked up Alice and her last puppy, Tasha.

Within three weeks of having Alice a fantastic retired couple in Virginia adopted Alice. She has been with them for a year now and they have since expanded their family with another American Staffordshire Terrier and have all moved to the North Carolina coast.
