Wonderful friend and loving daughter, Claire Webb, age 25, passed away on July 9, 2008. A few years ago, a pit bull mix named Mazzy came into Claire's life and became her constant companion. Not long after they found each other, Mazzy became seriously ill and required expensive medical treatment in order to live a happy, healthy life. Claire refused to give up on her newfound friend and searched high and low for organizations that would help. Thankfully, Pit Bull Rescue Central heeded her call and helped fund the operations that Mazzy so desperately needed. This act of kindness allowed Mazzy to live and bring so much joy into Claire's life over the past three and a half years. Claire often called Mazzy her soul mate and they enjoyed spending the last year of Claire's life working side by side at Fat Chance Farms in central Pennsylvania.
We'd like to thank your organization for giving Mazzy a second chance and putting so many smiles on Claire's face. We have witnessed firsthand the miracles you make possible, and we can't think of a better way to show our appreciation than to help contribute to your cause. We know it would mean a lot to Claire to give back to the organization that gave so much to her. In memory of Claire, we encourage everyone to donate to Pit Bull Rescue Central and make a difference in the lives of these amazing dogs and the people who love them. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for saving the life of this special animal. She will live the rest of her days with two people who love her very much: Claire's parents, Joy and Tom.
Best regards,
The family and friends of Claire Webb
