Poppy Mart Auction Guidelines

- Bidding is open to any persons 18 years of age or older and wherever online auctions are not prohibited by law.
- Please note, in some states a bid is considered a binding contract and during the Poppy Mart online auction it is considered as such. If for any reason you are unable to fulfill your contract on any one item, PBRC will consider all of your contracts (bids), including proxy bids, null and void and the item(s) will go to the next highest bidder.
- PBRC is not liable for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or misdirected bids transmitted over the Internet.
- PBRC reserves the right to refuse any final bid for less than the preset reserve amount.
- All item values, bids, and charges are in US Dollars.
- PBRC is not responsible for damage incurred during transport. We will make every reasonable effort to protect each item when packing it and we will not ship an item that is known to be damaged or defective, unless the damage is noted in the auction listing.
- Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, such as: a clear typographical error is made. Please contact us at fundraising@pitbullinfo.net should a problem with a bid occur.
- We (our officers and our volunteers) provide our web site and services "as is" and without any implied warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. We (our officers and our volunteers) specifically disclaim any implied warranties or the fitness of an item for a particular purpose.
- Amounts paid for items that exceed the retail value of the item stated in the auction may be tax deductible. Please see your accountant or tax advisor for additional information.
- Please ask questions BEFORE you bid. You may send questions to fundraising@pitbullinfo.net. Although we are not experts we will try to answer all questions as best we can. We will not intentionally mislead you or misrepresent an item. If you are not satisfied please let us know, as we want you to have a good experience at our auction. GOOD LUCK. We hope you win!
